This study focused on recognizing people through the iris, and an AI-powered framework, model, and method were created. The methodological basis of the thesis is AI using deep learning and the use of CNN. The method was used to integrate this methodology into e-government services to improve citizens' access to services and identify the importance of iris recognition for e-government applications as part of AI. We use a modified linear activation function, max pooling, and flattened matrix to build deep learning models. The application of AI technologies in e-government opens the way for opportunities for innovation and the development of new services and solutions.en_US
