Abstract: ABSTRACT In the context of the concept of corporate social responsibility, it is the formation of knowledge, skills and competencies necessary for the practical application of the principles of doing business, the acquisition by students of relevant knowledge about methods and principles. The study of information on the work of socially responsible companies, the ethical component of doing business, the competent management of domestic and foreign social policy determines the relevance of the work. Development of ideas on the theoretical and organizational basis of the concept of corporate social responsibility, study of existing models, concepts, theories of socially responsible business, the need for domestic and foreign social investment, the need for socially responsible social policy, management decisions in the use of socially responsible corporate governance tools Skills development is the basis of research. Corporate social responsibility in enterprises in Azerbaijan, socially important features of business activity in modern society, its economic, social and environmental consequences are the main areas of research.
