| Abstract: | On May 1, 2024, a memorandum of understanding was signed between Khazar University and the "MIRAS" Social Organization in Support of the Study of Cultural Heritage. Participants in the event included Khazar University's Rector, Assoc. Prof. Irada Khalilova, the chairman of the social organization's board, Fariz Khalilli, and board members Gafar Jabiyev, Shikar Gasimov, Maleyka Huseynova, as well as Khazar University's project manager, Salima Ahmadova. |
