Abstract: In the new conditions for the development of the Ukrainian society, studying intelligence,
psychological mechanisms, and pedagogical means of developing creative talent becomes
especially relevant, which is becoming one of the priority tasks of scientific research. This is
due to several factors the intellectual abilities of humans are considered a powerful potential
of human civilization, the development of which can significantly improve the quality of any
social reforms. Creativity is an integral part of human spirituality and a prerequisite for
personal freedom, serves as a social mechanism that resists the regress of society, taking into
account that only the work of the intellect can provide the possibility of new knowledge.
Components of giftedness are given: high intellectual level, the person’s ability to creativity,
persistence. The main characteristics of a creative personality are highlighted.
It is noted that an educator’s training consists of the innovative nature of the pedagogical
activity, which requires adjustment of the teacher’s professional culture and his/her value
orientations, a fundamental change of direction in the methodology and methods of work. It
is emphasized that the main purpose of our experimental research is to test the effectiveness
of the technology of preparing future educators to work with creatively gifted children;
confirmation or refutation of the research hypothesis; making a description of the
experimental study, analysis of its results.
In pedagogical theory and practice, a significant amount of research related to the
identification of giftedness has been developed, and programs have been developed to help
children realize their abilities. These issues are reflected in such state documents as the Law
of Ukraine "On Extracurricular Education" (2000), the Decree of the President of Ukraine
"On State Support of Gifted Youth", "Program of Work with Gifted Youth for 2006-2010",
the purpose of which is creation of favorable conditions for the realization of the creative
potential of the Ukrainian people, search, support and stimulation of intellectually and creatively gifted children and youth, self-realization of the creative personality in the modern
educational space.

Securitization of International Migration in the Context of Economic and Societal Security: An Example of the Hungarian Fidesz and Jobbik Parties

Title: Securitization of International Migration in the Context of Economic and Societal Security: An Example of the Hungarian Fidesz and Jobbik Parties
Authors: Şener, Bülent; Uzun, Şeyma
Abstract: The phenomenon of international migration has become one of the most complex issues
within the expanding and deepening security field since the conclusion of the Cold War. By
the end of the 1990s, far-right parties had securitized international migration, which had
previously been encouraged by many European countries to meet their workforce needs,
posing a threat to the security of both the international system and developed and developing
countries. Particularly after the terrorist attack of September 11, 2001, immigration and antiimmigrant sentiments and actions were concentrated in the Western world in general, and
Europe in particular, reaching a pinnacle during the Arab Spring. Far-right parties have risen
in response to migration and anti-immigration discourses, securitizing international
migration by claiming that immigrants disrupt European society’s homogeneity and increase
integration problems, unemployment, and crime rates. This study examines the securitization
of international migration on a socioeconomic and political level within the framework of
far-right parties in Europe using the example of Hungary’s ruling Fidesz and opposition
Jobbik parties. The conclusions reached show that international migration will be securitized
in both Eastern and Western European countries where the far-right is on the rise.

A Review on the Position of South Caucasus in China’s Belt and Road Initiative

Title: A Review on the Position of South Caucasus in China’s Belt and Road Initiative
Authors: Aydın, Mustafa; Berdaş, Gülmire
Abstract: On the “Belt and Road Initiative (B&R)” (Chinese: 一带一路), which is recognized as a
global infrastructure development strategy by the People’s Republic of China, for the first
time in his speech in Kazakhstan on 7 September 2013, Chinese President, Xi Jinping, spoke
about the ancient ‘silk road’ and mentioned the establishment of the ‘Silk Road Economy
Belt’. As of June 23, 2021, China had signed 206 cooperation documents which covered
communications infrastructure, interconnection, investment, trade, finance, technology,
people’s livelihoods, and oceans with 140 countries and 32 international organizations to join
the “Belt and Road Initiative”. In 2020 alone, Chinese investors made direct investments of
US$ 18.61 billion in 58 countries along the “Belt and Road Initiative” route. In China’s “Belt
and Road Initiative”, the South Caucasus region, known as the middle corridor, is of great
significance in the process of transition to Europe. Although Azerbaijan, Armenia and
Georgia officially supported this Chinese initiative, the conflict, instability and changing
geopolitics in the South Caucasus region made investors uneasy. In this study, global factors,
the future of the “Belt and Road Initiative” in the region and the position of the South
Caucasus were studied. And, the advantages and disadvantages of the initiative are evaluated.

Femalization of the Genre of Literature; Novel Owners of the Novel

Title: Femalization of the Genre of Literature; Novel Owners of the Novel
Authors: Nozen, Seyyedeh Zahra
Abstract: Unfairly female authors have been deprived of the title of “mothers” of English Novel and
“fathers” have been taken as the sole male owners of the Novel. While not only the first
professional novelist was a woman but the numbers of female novelists exceed that of the
males. Female authors indefatigably undertook the process of femalization the genre of
literature and the current study conducted through the qualitative research and text-analysis
methods together with historical approach tried to put light to the fact that how female
novelists contributed to the great genre of literature and strengthen it due to their fairness and
their gender as well as their treatment of their subject. Aphra Behn penned Oroonoko of 1688
much earlier than Danial Defoe’s Robinson Crusoe of 1719. The purpose of this paper has,
by no means, been to convert female writers from the lower novelists to higher ones.
However, under the strict social conventions of the seventeenth and eighteenth century
England, there had been buried some masterpieces of literary works which need to be
delivered again to the world of literature, the negligence of which is a loss and the revival of
which is a gain to both consumers and producers of literary works.
