Abstract: Evidence before this study
People with severe mental illness (SMI) experience a markedly elevated burden of physical comorbidity and premature mortality. Although integrated care has long been proposed as a strategy to address fragmentation between mental and physical healthcare services, the organisational features of effective and scalable programmes remain unclear. We searched PubMed, Scopus, PsycINFO, and the Cochrane Library from database inception to 5 May 2026 for review-level evidence on integrated care programmes for individuals with SMI and co-occurring physical conditions or major social vulnerabilities. Search terms included combinations of “severe mental illness”, “serious mental illness”, “integrated care”, “collaborative care”, “coordinated care”, and “multimorbidity”. We included systematic reviews, scoping reviews, and meta-analyses restricted to seven predefined European languages. Existing reviews describe various integrated care approaches and report improvements in access to care and preventive services. However, evidence on physical health outcomes, governance, financing, and implementation processes, remains limited and inconsistently reported.
Added value of this study
This umbrella review provides a structured synthesis of the organisational components, reported impacts, and implementation challenges of integrated care programmes for people with SMI using the SELFIE framework for multimorbidity-oriented integrated care. By mapping these programmes across service delivery, governance, workforce, financing, technology, and research domains, we identify persistent system-level gaps that constrain scalability and sustainability. The review highlights the predominance of pilot-based initiatives and the limited evidence supporting improvements beyond care processes.
Implications of all the available evidence
Current evidence suggests that integrated care programmes can improve access to primary and preventive services for people with SMI, but their broader impact on physical health and social outcomes remains modest. Strengthening macro-level governance, sustainable financing mechanisms, digital infrastructure, and cross-sector coordination will be critical to translate promising pilot initiatives into scalable health system reforms. These findings inform the next phase of the EU-MIND initiative, which will engage stakeholders to develop consensus-based guidance for implementing sustainable integrated care across diverse European health systems.

Authors: Huseynova, Humay
Abstract: Social media offers a wide range of opportunities to share information. In recent years transparency and open sharing via social media have significantly increased, hence, social media and healthcare became of interest among researchers, physicians, and doctors.
Twitter is playing a significant role among other social media types because of its usability, so we can say that its use in healthcare is undeniable. It means that it is possible to see how much Twitter is capable to make sense in solving health problems.
The main purpose of my research is to analyze in what capacity twitter is useful for healthcare, diseases, and treatments by using needed twitter data.
I am going to use twitter mining techniques with simple Python codes to analyze tweets, to study the nature of sharing public health information on Twitter and to make a prediction for Azerbaijan environment by getting a reasonable conclusion.

Abstract: Monoqrafiyada 1926-cı ildə Bakıda keçirilmiş Birinci Türkoloji Qurultayın türk xalqlarının milli-mənəvi oyanışında, elmi-mədəni inkişafında və ideoloji düşüncəsinin formalaşmasında oynadığı tarixi rolu araşdırılır. Kitabda əlifba islahatı məsələsi yeni əlifbaya keçidin nəzəri və konseptual əsasları kontekstində şərh olunur, bu prosesin türk xalqlarının modernləşdirilməsinə təsiri göstərilir. Eyni zamanda ədəbi dil məsələsi lokal dil mühitindən ümumtürk kommunikasiya məkanına keçid ideyası əsasında araşdırılır. Müəlliflər qurultayın qəbul etdiyi qərarların türk xalqları arasında dil birliyinin və mədəni yaxınlaşmasının möhkəmlənməsindəki rolunu elmi faktlar əsasında təqdim edirlər. Kitabdan türkoloji dilçilik sahəsində tədris və tədqiqat aparan mütəxəssislər: professor-müəllim heyəti, gənc tədqiqatçılar, tələbələr, eləcə də geniş oxucu kütləsi faydalana bilər.

Authors: Bayramli, Zabil; Pashaoglu (Nasirov), Nurlan
Abstract: The Fars province, integrated into the Seljuk Empire through OghuzTurkmen migrations, was administered by Turkic authorities for nearly two
centuries and retained significant strategic and cultural importance throughout the medieval period. Under Seljuk Sultan Alp Arslan (1063–1072), the
province was administered by appointed governors (naibs) for eighty-five
years, maintaining relative stability but facing challenges from internal rebellions, local powers such as the Shabankara, and external rivals including
the Seljuks of Kerman. The weakening of Seljuk authority, coupled with
continued Oghuz-Turkmen settlement, facilitated the rise of the Salghurid (or
Salur) Atabegs, who ruled Fars independently for approximately 120 years. Their governance marked a period of political consolidation, economic
growth, and cultural flourishing. Architectural and infrastructural projects –
including madrasas, mosques, caravanserais, bridges, bazaars, and hospitals – enhanced urban life, promoted scholarship and the arts, and reinforced
Fars as a regional center. Drawing primarily on Abdullah Shirazi’s Tajziyat
al-amṣār wa-tazjiyat al-aʿṣār (Tārīkh-i Wassāf) alongside other contemporary sources, this study reassesses the political, social, and cultural developments of the period. It emphasizes the Salghurid Atabegs’ pragmatic strategies in navigating Mongol incursions, preserving local governance, and
maintaining stability while fostering economic and cultural growth. The
findings demonstrate that the Salghurid dynasty not only restored political
order but also initiated enduring transformations in the cultural and material
life of Fars, leaving a legacy that continued beyond their decline. This study
contributes to a nuanced understanding of Fars as a vibrant political, social,
and cultural centre under both Seljuk and Salghurid rule, highlighting the
province’s significance in the broader context of medieval Turkic history.
