| Abstract: | On February 21, 2024, a scientific seminar was organized by the Department of Languages and Literatures on the occasion of the International Mother Language Day with the participation of Professor Sevinj Aliyeva, director of the Monitoring Center under the State Language Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The head of the Department of Languages and Literatures, Assoc. Prof. Dilbar Zeynalova, who opened the event with an opening speech, gave the floor to Sevinj Aliyeva. |
