| Abstract: | On November 27, 2023, the "Norm Cement" company organized a training session entitled "Tips for Advantageous Start (Soft Skills)” through the coordination of the Career Center. Serdar Chamdal, the director of Supply and Capital Expenditure at the company, outlined the purpose of the training and commenced the session. Subsequently, he provided insight to the students on the definition of "soft skills" and how to develop them. The training concluded with recommended literature for the attendees. |
