| Abstract: | On November 13, 2023, Istanbul Commerce University Rector Prof. Dr. Abdulhamit Avshar met with Hamlet Isakhanli, the founder of the university and chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, at Khazar University. He provided detailed information about Istanbul Commerce University, including its specialties and faculties, and presented his newly published book as a gift. The meeting was attended by Alovsat Amirbeyli, director of Public Relations and Media as well. |
