| Abstract: | On May 31, 2023, the first seminar of the "China Time Lectures" project was held under the organization of the China Research Center of Khazar University. A delegation of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences visited the university at the invitation of Khazar University to participate in the seminar. The guests were received by the rector of the university, Irade Khalilova, and opinions were exchanged on cooperation issues of mutual interest. |
