| Abstract: | On February 9, 2023, the 76th session of Khazar University "Science and Art Assembly" was held. The session was opened by the founder of Khazar University, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, professor, academician Hamlet Isakhanli, who gave detailed information about "Kitabi Dada Gorgud” and its “Turkmen-Sahra” copy. He gave the floor to the speaker - Khazar University History and Archeology Department instructor, Doctor of Philosophy in History Bayram Guliyev, and said that the session will cause many disagreements. |
