Abstract: | The policies implemented by these newly independent states against the colonial states influenced the formation of the regional policies of the colonial states. The USA and Soviet Russia sought to expand and consolidate their sphere of influence. By establishing NATO and Warsaw Pact, they especially tried to control the Non-Aligned States and wanted to use the leaders of the Non-Aligned Movement as a power in the region by not being indifferent to the Bandung Conference. The purpose of the work is to research the role of Non-Aligned Movement in modern international relations and to learn relevance of this movement. |
