In this article the basic parameters of various types of materials for electromechanical transducers as well as acoustic-electric converters on the basis of piezoceramic, piezoelectric polymeric composites, substances with features of high electrical striction and hybrides of nano-micro piezoceramic with polymeric matrix have been studied. Also, frequency dependences of amplitude and sensitivity of acoustic converters have been investigated and the areas of their possible applications were revealed.en_US
