Abstract: The university's rector, Assoc. Prof. Irada Khalilova, initiated the meeting by addressing the agenda topics to the scientific council members. The meeting chairperson then allowed doctoral students to present the titles of their dissertation topics and their respective academic supervisors, marking the first agenda item. Each doctoral candidate provided a brief overview of the significance and objectives of their research work. Council members offered suggestions concerning the dissertation titles, which were taken into consideration. After considering the suggestions, the titles of the dissertation topics and their academic supervisors were approved.</summary>
